A24's Participation in the Jakarta Launch Pad Program with Austrade
Last week, A24 joined the Australian Trade and Investment Commission (Austrade) in Jakarta to announce that the Jakarta Landing Pad is partnering with local providers to offer invaluable advice and deep connections within the Indonesian ecosystem.
Landing Pads are a program of work designed to help Australian technology businesses capitalise on vast opportunities. This particular focus on Southeast Asia aims to boost the region’s digital transformation by combining digital resources with in-market delegations, strategically timed to coincide with major events.
With a population of 279 million, Indonesia boasts the largest economy in Southeast Asia. Projected to grow by 5% in 2024, Indonesia's dynamic and fast-growing technology market is thriving with a smartphone-first mentality (Austrade 2024). Both public and private sectors are prioritising digitalisation, creating a wealth of commercial opportunities across high-growth tech sectors like fintech, cybersecurity, artificial intelligence, agtech, cleantech, and smart city solutions.
The A24 Impact
A24 is honoured to have been selected as one of the pioneering Australian organisations in the cybersecurity infrastructure space. Our attendance at the Jakarta Launch Pad program is not just a milestone for our company but also a testament to our commitment to enhancing the digital infrastructure in Southeast Asia.
Every payments organisation needs robust front-of-house hardware, software, and cloudware to enable their business and transactions. However, what truly safeguards organisations is powerful cybersecurity hardware, protected in data centres. As an organisation we leading industry best practice standards with our HSMs (Hardware Security Modules) set up and implementation. These systems are the safest way to manage data in an organisation, and A24 specialises in the discovery, setup, and ongoing management for our clients. We navigate the complex compliance landscape across APAC, Singapore, Japan, and Europe, ensuring that our clients' data is secure and compliant with regional regulations.
By participating in the Jakarta Launch Pad program, A24 aims to bring our expertise in cybersecurity to the forefront of Indonesia’s digital transformation. Our goal is to support local businesses in building secure and resilient payment infrastructures, ultimately contributing to the growth and stability of the Indonesian tech ecosystem.
